Support through the heavy chapters while you write a brighter story
Meet Julianna
Warm, direct, and collaborative therapy.
Untangling trauma, chronic stress, ADHD, or complex relationship patterns can feel incredibly difficult to do on your own. If you are feeling overwhelmed, you do not have to navigate these challenges in isolation. I offer a therapeutic style that is warm, direct, and collaborative, meaning we work together as active partners in your healing.
As a neuro-affirming clinician, I provide a completely judgment-free environment. I understand neurodivergencey and respect the unique ways that ADHD and autisum show up in daily life. You are welcome to come to session exactly as you are, without the need to mask.
While our work utilizes evidence-based practices like EMDR, DBT, and CBT, our sessions will always move at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you. The goal is to provide practical, real-world tools that create meaningful change in your everyday life.

How Sessions Feel
Therapy with me is not about being handed a script.
Together, we can explore your strengths, notice patterns that keep creating roadblocks, and make room for hope, understanding, and growth.
I use evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, DBT, and CBT while staying person-centered and trauma-focused.
I believe therapy should feel comfortable enough to talk about what has been hard, and practical enough to help you imagine what can be different.

Yes. I offer online therapy for adults ages 18 and older who are located in Arizona.

How long are sessions?
Sessions are 53 to 60 minutes long.

The intake is about understanding what is going on for you, what you feel like you need to work on, and goals you would like to set moving forward.
